You can ask us to delete your account and associated data. If your account has an active balance, you must withdraw it first. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered, and historical records cannot be restored. Our website uses analytics—Google Analytics—to count page views and track which pages are most popular. This data is anonymised and does not identify you personally. You can opt out by installing a browser extension that blocks Google Analytics.

If we discover a breach on linejitu

We monitor our systems for unauthorised access. If we detect a breach, we will notify you by email within 72 hours. We will also file a report with Indonesian data-protection authorities if the breach affects more than a small number of users. We will work with cyber-security consultants to identify what happened and close the gap.

If your account is compromised, we will help you recover it. We will reset your password, review your recent transactions, and reverse any unauthorised bets or withdrawals.

International transfers and storage

Your data on linejitu may be processed and stored outside Indonesia. Our hosting infrastructure sits in multiple countries. Whenever your data leaves Indonesia, it is encrypted end-to-end. We have data-transfer agreements in place to ensure the same protection standards apply abroad as they do locally.

During holidays such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, our processing may be slower, but your data security does not change. We maintain 24/7 encryption regardless of operating hours.

How long we keep your data on linejitu

We keep your account data for as long as your linejitu account is active. If you delete your account, we remove most personal information within 30 days. We retain transaction records for up to seven years to comply with Indonesian financial law. We do not retain identity documents longer than one year after account closure.
